We use Arial font, 10 pt. in the colors and style shown on this page. There is no word limit (this box has 244 words) but the page, with all its images, must print completely, at 100 percent, on a letter size sheet of paper. This page is the maximum size. Don't use words or restrictions that would not be allowed in a newspaper ad.

Images
Images will make your page "sizzle" and are highly recommended. No extra charge for up to six jpg/jpeg files. We prefer to get images that are 20 - 40 Kb each. If your images are large  we will reduce them as needed. The images on this page are 230 x 172 pixels and about 11K bytes each. If you prefer to use fewer but larger images, that's fine. No .jpg/jpeg images? For a one-time extra charge we will scan your photos and return them to you.

We will edit your copy
We will edit gently, mainly to expand abbreviations, change all upper case words and most bold face. Please avoid their use.

We will create one active link to go directly to a page about your property, condomium development or apartment building. We do not link to broker websites.
